I’ve been cooking a lot recently. I found an awesome “looking” recipe for this chocolate cake, with an amazing white frosting (made with egg whites and sugar melted to a soft ball consistency). Technically this cake was pretty difficult. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to all it’s technicalities. I mean, it was ok, but I won’t be making it again. The frosting looks amazing though. It actually tasted better about 2 days later…
