When I was in Paris with Alison, Rachel and Nikki, we practically lived off of bread, cheese and wine… We came up with this A-mazing hors d’oeuvre and we’ve never looked back. It’s french bread, goat cheese, fig spread, a pear or apple slice, and a piece of prosciutto. I changed it up a bit and used a goat gouda cheese, and then I added a little bit of whole mustard seed. That and a bottle of Zinfandel was my dinner… mmm…
